Hello Everyone!

Good day once again. Thanks for coming back and a warm welcome to another stepping report.

Got up to a beautiful sunny day. And as usual did my stretching exercises in my living room. I enjoyed following a few movements I saw on Instagram.

After that awesome session, I was out and about exploring the wonderful nature around the neighborhood with cool breeze flowing just nicely to my liking. It felt great.

Later in the afternoon, I extended my activity going to Point Defiance Park. It was sunny and beautiful watching ducks on the water. They were somewhat noisy.

You have to send AFIT tokens to actifit.tip on hive engine. Then you can tip from that balance. There should be a link in the comment to you from actifit.tip.
