Today’s another day and I achieved my stepping count by doing some stretching exercises and then walking around the neighborhood.
I had a wonderful walk today and I felt really good. Thanks for that. Then this afternoon it started raining on and off and it’s chilly right now. Can’t wait for the sun to shine bright. Hopefully soon that would be awesome.
