Today for my stepping activity I walked around the neighborhood. Weather is getting warmer now. Summer’s here and nature’s beautiful.

Prior to walking I did some stretching, jumping jacks, sit-ups, planks, etc.

Now, just relaxing and doing a little housework and watching Netflix.
