My Actifit Report Card: June 28 2022

Woke up early this morning and I did my usual routine; doing stretching exercises. Then headed out for an hour walk around the neighborhood. Glad today’s weather beautiful with low temperature. It was refreshing to be out and about. I was refreshed.

In the after I went to the mall at Southcenter and had a late lunch there. Returned home and now just resting and relaxing.
