My Actifit Report Card: August 12 2022
Greetings and good day everyone! Welcome and thanks for stopping by.
Again, I achieved my stepping count doing a lot of stretching and warm-up exercises. After that I went walking around the neighborhood. Weather was in the mid 60 to high 60F and a bit windy. I’m always thankful for the wind. The temperature was rising up on the way home.
Then I cleaned up as soon as I got home and after a little while started with general house cleaning. Kenzou was gleefully watching as I was performing the chores.
Finally, got my rest and now relaxing watching the news (the trending news this week). And also watching a show on Netflix.
