Hello Everyone. Happy Sunday. Thanks for stopping by and welcome to another Actifit report. How was your activity today? Hope all’s well.

About me, well, I exercised and then I walked around the neighborhood this morning. Weather was great.

At home, I got busy moving around doing housework; cleaning, cooking, and doing laundry.

Finally rested and relaxed watching news and shows on Netflix. I heard Viola Davis movie the Woman King is out on theaters. I’d love to watch that. I think it’s pretty cool she’s a great actor.
