My Actifit Report Card: September 22 2022
Hello and good day everyone!
Today was a long and busy day for me. I started out this morning with exercise and then I was outside took a long walk around the neighborhood. I enjoyed walking under the sun with temp that was moderately warm but not so hot; just about right.
At noon I drove to the main exchange and was looking for some household appliances as a replacement as the ones I currently have are about at the end of its usefulness.
On the way home I decided to stop by at the park for a short stroll. It was calm and a little breezy. Much to be enjoyed but gad to go home. Activity for another day.
