Hello and good day everyone. Welcome to another Actifit report.

Started once again early this morning with some stretching and weight lifting then I walked around the neighborhood.

Later in the afternoon I went shopping and browsing around the store. On the way home I stopped by in the park with a friend and we walked for a little bit

Came home after the park and now just resting and relaxing and about to have dinner.
