My Actifit Report Card: October 11 2022

Hello and welcome everybody to another Actifit report.

This morning I exercised and walked in the neighborhood for about half an hour. Weather condition was another chilly under the sky.

Only walked a short duration as I had errands to tend to. On the way home I stopped by at a lake and walked here for a little while while watching and enjoying its view surrounding and scenery. Quite and serene place. It’s also a docking place for big boats. But at this time there weren’t any boats parked in the area.
