Happy Monday and good day everyone!

Did some exercises this morning in my living room in front of the tv watching news. I used my dumbbells, resistance band, and fit ball.

Then out and about walking and jogging around the neighborhood. Enjoyed that very much and weather was good.

At home doing housework. Later went to Safeway to get groceries.
