My Actifit Report Card: January 24 2023

Hello Everyone! Good day. Another day and it’s another Actifit report for the day.

So, I started this morning with stretching and warmup exercises. Then out and about around the neighborhood. Weather wasn’t so bad at all. We had a little sunlight this morning but come afternoon it was drizzling on and off. Overall, a good day spending time outside in nature.

I gathered more steps when I went to the store for groceries. And that is everything for my stepping today. Thank you so much for stopping by.
