My Actifit Report Card: January 30 2023

Hello Everyone! Happy Monday. Welcome to another Actifit report.
Today, after waking up and for my exercise I did stretching, warmup exercises using my dumbbells, resistance band and fit ball.
Then I went outside and walked around the neighborhood for about half an hour or so. Nature was nice it was bright and sunny. I saw a lot of tiny birds feeding themselves on the ground. I enjoyed watching them. So carefree. Didn’t get to take photos of them though. I just watched them with joy.
In the afternoon, I went to the store to get some groceries.
