Happy Tuesday Everyone! Welcome to my Actifit post.

So, I started with my workout this morning doing some stretching and warmup exercises followed by a good walk around the neighborhood. And it was a nice day with sun out and a little sunshine warming one’s face was a nice feeling.

Returned home and did a couple load of laundry. And after that took a nap.
