Hi Everyone! Happy Sunday. Welcome to another Actifit report. Hope all’s well with your stepping today.

As for me, well. as alway I started with stretching and warmup exercises and I did a short walk around the neighborhood. It was a little chilly today with the wind going back and forth every now and then. A few were out and about during the time that I was out. So, I wasn’t the only one.

Anyway. when I returned home, I rested and did a little homework and made myself some sandwich, but had to go to Safeway to get a few avocados.
