Hi Everyone! Good day. Welcome back. And welcome to another Actifit report.

I started late this morning but usual I did stretching and warmup exercises. And then I walked around the neighborhood. Actually, it was good that I started late because by this time the sprinkling stopped and finally the sun came down with a nice warm sunshine.

Then later I stopped by at a nearby spa. It was a great experienceWill go back next week.
