Hello Everyone! Good day. Thanks for stopping by. Here’s my Actifit report for today.
It was a nice day and for workout I did stretching and warmup exercises as usual. Then followed by a good walk around the neighborhood and back.
Then later at noon I went to Marlene’s Market and got some soup and other things.
And For the rest of the day I spent taking a nap, worked on my computer and watched videos on YouTube.
