My Actifit Report Card: March 13 2023

Good day Everyone! Happy Monday. Welcome back and welcome to today’s report.

As usual, after waking up I did stretching and warmup exercises using my dumbbells yoga mat, chair and fitball. I was inspired today to follow one of my fav IG workout lady.

And then I walked around the neighborhood. It was a little chilly and a bit of mist. But come afternoon it was more cloudy with a nice beautiful sunshine. Glad it turned out that way.

Stayed home resting and relaxing reading and watching Netflix. Then I made my dinner.

We have a hiking trail down by the river where people can walk in the shade with the branches of the trees forming a shady canopy over their heads. There are also a lot of bikers that use that trail as well, so you gotta keep your eyes out for them! :)
