Hi Everyone! Happy Thursday. Welcome. Here’s my Actifit report for today.

Started this morning with stretching and warmup exercises and a good walk around the neighborhood. Today weather was good. Very nice actually. Hence, a great workout done for the day.

Went and did some errands and returned home. Once home just rested, did a little research online and finally watched a show on Netflix.
