Hi Everyone! Good day. Welcome. Here again to share with you my Actifit report for the day.

I simply did the usual things I do for my workout: stretching, warmup exercises and walking around the neighborhood. Weather wasn’t so bad today. Cool and sunny with a little drip here and there. Huh.

Then later I went to tend few errands and then on the way home I stopped by at Whole Foods market.
