Hi Everyone! Good day. Thanks for stopping by. I’m back to share with you my Actifit report for today.
So, I got up early and I did stretching, warmup exercises and walking around the neighborhood. It was cold and chilly today with a little sprinkle here and there.
Later, went to do an important errand and was there a little longer than I had anticipated. But it worked out just fine.
On the way home, I stopped by at Whole Foods market for a pint of soup.
