My Actifit Report Card: May 20 2023

Hi Everyone! Happy Saturday. Welcome. I’m back with today’s Actifit report.

This morning I did stretching, warmup exercises and right after that I went for a walk around the neighborhood. Nice weather this morning not hot but rather cool and windy. After walking for almost an hour I made it back home. Glad I walked much earlier as the temp was getting warmer and warmer by midday.

Stayed home resting and relaxing. Later went to Famous Dave’s for a takeout, it has been awhile since I had BBQ. So, Lunch was good.
