Hi everyone! Happy Thursday. Welcome back and welcome to another report.

Today, I did stretching, warmup exercises and a 30-40 minute walk around the neighborhood. Chilly and foggy today same as yesterday. Despite that I had a nice wonderful walking exercise and I enjoyed it.

This late afternoon I went grocery shopping and now getting ready to prepare for dinner.
