My Actifit Report Card: April 8 2024

Hi everyone good day and welcome to another report.

Well, I did my stretching, some exercises using dumbbells, fitball and a chair. Then off walking around the neighborhood. It was dark and gloomy in the PNW maybe the effects of the eclipse 😆😆😂didn’t get much of the eclipse actually as it was more towards the east coast. Enjoyed watching it on tv though; that was fantastic and very interesting. Much Happy to see it.
Later, I went shopping for cast-iron pans/skillet. I got one that’s already pre-seasoned that’s the Lodge. I think I’m gonna like it.
