Tricep Day! My Actifit Report Card: October 31 2025

Hello Everyone! Hope y'all are doing great.
Today, I woke up a bit early and went to the gym. It was Triceps day today, plus I also did some running on the treadmill.
Warmup
I started off with some warmup workouts because warmups are the best. You get a boost in your main workout and it can prevent injuries. Plus, it really helps when you're working out in early mornings due to laziness.
I started my warmup with some light Dumbbell Wrist Rotations. Did 50 reps of those. Always do this exercise because it's good for my forearms. After that i did some pushups, about 20 reps. Then, i did some light Cable Pushdowns.
After about 30-50 seconds of rest I started my main workout. I went a bit heavy today because I felt like it.
Main workout
- Skull Crushers: 3 sets X 10 - 12 reps
- Seated EZ Barbell Overhead Triceps Extensions: 3 sets X 10 - 12 reps
- Cable Rope Triceps Pushdowns: 3 sets of 8 - 10 reps
- Seated Dumbbell Overhead Triceps Extensions: 3 sets X 8 - 10 reps
- Tricep Dips: 3 sets X 20 reps
Running


Today, I really wanted to do some running so after the main workout I went on to the treadmill for some running. Plus, it also increases my Activity Count in the Actifit App.
I started with normal walking and then gradually increased the speed. I ran about 1 kilometers on the treadmill today. The sweating was crazy after the treadmill. Early morning sweats just hit different.

After treadmill, I weighed myself. I weighed 73.8 KGs (about 162.7 pounds), which is not too bad. I'm actually trying to keep it between 75 - 80 KGs because that's the ideal weight for my height (180cm).

Then, I went home and the sun was out. It was a really sunny and vibrant day today.

I had some eggs and milktea for breakfast. Can't say no to some proteins and can't say no to milktea as well for breakfast :)
