My Actifit Report Card: November 16 2021

There is no exercise activity today as I have to work overtime.

I only made it a point not to take the bus but to walk home.

It turned out quite nice with the breezy wind.

It is actually quite nice walking home in this way as it relaxes the mind and I dont feel tired at all.

Tomorrow, hope I can go swimming.
