My Actifit Report Card: November 22 2021

Ha ha no exercise today as there was too kuch work to do.

I only managed to get most of the work done late at night and had a late quick supper.

So I decided to walk home to get some needed exercise.

But tonight I didnt manage to get to even 5k.

I have been slacking off.
