My Actifit Report Card: March 8 2023

I have not been able to exercise for the last two weeks as I have been concentrating on a boot camp workshop.

We stayed in most of the time to get the paper work done and to set up the place.

There is so much scheduling to to get everyone ready.

Finally we are making some headway and today I managed to get a little breather to go out for a little walk.

Very focused indeed.
