Breaking the 2100 barrier in lichess 😎 🔥♟️

Hello friends of HIVE! greetings to all, I hope you are well, especially to the community of #hivechess this is my first post here and I am very happy because I want to share with you my promotion to 2100 in the lichess platform. I created my lichess account on February 3, 2020 with the purpose of improving my chess for that moment I was training to be part of the Venezuelan Olympic team that would play the chess olympics in Russia, but because of the COVID-19 pandemic the olympics have been postponed to the year 2022.

Since I created my account in lichess I managed to reach an elo of 1800-1900 points and I stayed there, and by the end of December 2020 I managed to pass the 1900 barrier and reach 2000. I set a goal to reach 2100, but I had a bad streak and went down to 1900, I managed to climb back to 2000 and I could keep it.
Reaching 2100 was the goal, but it was not easy, I am a constant player in lichess and every time I reached 2050 I felt that soon I would reach 2100 but I lowered my elo again, and the cycle was repeated down to 2010 and up to 2050, the farthest I was to overcome that elo was when I reached 2075 and I thought it was time, I was only 25 points away from achieving the goal.

I am currently in a team called lobos de Venezuela in which we play in various leagues that are developed in lichess, and also play tournaments @chessbrotherspro, @stayoutoftherz and @schamangerbert in which there are many strong players and high level, and since I play their tournaments 2075 has been rising gradually and has been maintained so much that I reached 2091, just 9 points from 2100

On Monday, November 8, in the evening, I had to play with the team lobos de Venezuela in a new league, the gold cup league, it is by groups. The team lobos de Venezuela is in group b and there were 10 teams participating and my elo was at 2091, the tournament was played under the 3+0 arena mode.

My first game I had to play with the player dieguito43 (user in lichess) of 1949 elo, although my elo is superior I consider that with this type of players you always have to be careful, I could take a piece of advantage and thus win the game and raise +3 elo, reaching 2094


I continued the tournament and played with diegocuban30 (user in lichess) of 1871, although his elo is low was a hard game and very hard fought, in the end I could take the advantage but for time constraints I lost the game and lost -8 down to 2086


That defeat was very bad for me, but that's the sport I love, and if we fall the only thing left is to get up and continue, and that's what I did, I played with Renjifo (user in lichess) of 2019 elo, an interesting game he with his two knights and me with my pair of bishops, the bishops prevailed over the knights and I got the victory, and I got +4 elo and reached 2090


My next game was with Johnny343 (user in lichess) of 2016 elo, I want to clarify that these players although they have a lower elo than mine are good players, during this game his black bishop of white squares was a constant threat to me, it was hard the game, but the time favored me this time and I could achieve the victory and win +5 elo and climb to 2095


In the arena tournaments, the system that has lichess makes you can play with a user several times, this time I had to play again with dieguito43 (user in lichess) he continued with his 1949, I could win again and I climbed +3 in my elo and reached 2098 and I was in first place in the tournament with 28 minutes left to finish.



In the next game I played with EduardCNemocon (user in lichess), player with 2098 elo, we both had the same elo, it was a complex game because I lost quality, however, I was able to recover and managed to equalize the game but unfortunately the rush of time affected me and I ran out of time on the clock and I lost -5 elo and was left with 2093.


For the next round I played with Shishirperu (user in lichess), a player with a very high elo 2204, this player used bersek (in arena tournaments players who use it take off half the time, that is, as we play 3+0 there is 1min+30sec. left), if they win the game they earn more points on the leaderboard), this factor favored me, because the bersek is a double-edged sword, he was in time trouble, he made a couple of mistakes and I could win +7 of elo and reached the 2100



As I said a moment ago, in lichess arena tournaments gives us the opportunity to play several times with the same user and here I could repeat with EduardCNemocon (user in lichess), here I noticed that he raised his elo, 2101, one point more than me, I felt it was the revenge but it was not so, I lost the game again with this user and lost -5 of elo and was with 2095, I confess that I was frustrated here by lowering the elo


I played again with Shishirperu (user in lichess), this time he had 3 points less in his elo 2201, and again applied bersek, but this time I won my game by material advantage and time, I added +7 and my elo rose to 2102 and I placed third in the tournament with 4 minutes to finish the tournament.



And as they say the third time is the charm, again I played with EduardCNemocon (user in lichess), and this time I could finally win, and won +6 of elo, I raised my elo 2108.


My last game was with dieguito43 (user in lichess), it was a complex game, because this time this user played more precision and it was difficult to get the victory, but the goal was achieved and I got the victory and raise +3 and reached 2111, but as the tournament time had already run out the system did not add me in the standings and I was with 2108 and took third place in the overall position, and second place in the overall internal position of the team wolves of Venezuela.


Today I achieved the goal of raising my elo in lichess, and I have 2122 elo, now the work is to keep my elo in the 2100 and, of course, raise my elo and reach 2200. ¡Hola amigos de HIVE! saludos a todos, espero se encuentren bien, en especial a la comunidad de #hivechess este es mi primer post aquí y estoy muy feliz porque quiero compartir con ustedes mi ascenso a los 2100 en la plataforma de lichess.
Me cree la cuenta de lichess el 3 de febrero del 2020 con la finalidad de mejorar mi ajedrez para ese momento estaba entrenando para formar parte de la selección olímpica de Venezuela que jugaría las olimpiadas de ajedrez en Rusia, pero por la pandemia del COVID-19 las olimpiadas han sido pospuetas para el año 2022.

Desde que me cree la cuenta en lichess logré alcanzar un elo de 1800-1900 puntos y me mantuve ahí, y para finales de diciembre del 2020 logre pasar la barrera de los 1900 y llegar a 2000. Me puse como meta llegar a los 2100, pero tuve una mala racha y baje a los 1900, logré subir de nuevo a los 2000 y me pude mantener.
Llegar a los 2100 era la meta, pero no fue fácil, soy jugadora constante en lichess y cada vez que llegaba a 2050 sentía que pronto llegaria a los 2100 pero volvía a bajar mi elo, y el ciclo se repetia bajar a los 2010 y subir a los 2050, lo mas lejos que estuve de superar ese elo fue cuando llegue 2075 y pense que era el momento, solo estaba a 25 puntos de lograr el objetivo

Actualmente estoy en un equipo llamdo lobos de Venezuela en el cual jugamos en diversas ligas que se desarrollan en lichess, y tambien juego los torneos de @chessbrotherspro, @stayoutoftherz y @schamangerbert en el cual hay muchos jugadores fuertes y alto nivel, y desde que juego sus torneos el 2075 ha ido subiendo poco a poco y se ha mantenido tanto que llegué a los 2091, tan solo a 9 puntos de los 2100

El lunes 8 de noviembre, en la noche, me correspondía jugar con el equipo de lobos de Venezuela en una nueva liga, la liga copa de oro, es por grupos. El equipo lobos de Venezuela se encuentra en el grupo b y habían 10 equipos participando y mi elo estaba en 2091, el torneo se jugó bajo la modalidad arena a 3+0

Mi primera partida me tocó jugar con el jugador dieguito43 (usuario en lichess) de 1949 de elo, aunque mi elo es superior considero que con este tipo de jugadores simpre hay que andarse con cuidado, pude sacar una pieza de ventaja y así ganar la partida y subir +3 de elo, llegando a 2094


Continuó el torneo y jugue con diegocuban30 (usuario en lichess) de 1871, aunque su elo es bajo fue una partida dura y muy peleada, al final pude sacar la ventaja pero por apuros de tiempo perdí la partida y perdí -8 baje a 2086


Esa derrota me cayo muy mal, pero así es el deporte que amo, y si nos caemos lo único que nos queda es levantarnos y continuar, y eso hice, jugué con Renjifo (usuario en lichess) de 2019 de elo, una partida interesante el con sus dos caballos y yo con mi pareja de alfiles, los alfiles se impusieron a los caballos y logre la victoria, y obtuve +4 de elo y llegué a los 2090


Mi siguiente partida fue con Johnny343 (usuario en lichess) de 2016 de elo, quiero aclarar que estos jugadores aunque tiene un elo inferior al mío son buenos jugadores, durante esta partida su alfil negro de casillas blancas fue una constante amenaza para mi, fue dura la partida, pero el tiempo me favoreció esta vez y pude lograr la victoria y ganar +5 de elo y subir a 2095


En los torneos arena, el sistema que tiene lichess hace que puedas jugar con un usuario varias veces, en esta oportunidad me tocó jugar otra vez con dieguito43 (usuario en lichess) el seguía con su 1949, pude volver a ganar y subi +3 en mi elo y llegué a 2098 y me ubiqué en el primer lugar del torneo faltando 28 minutos para culminar



En la siguiente partida jugué con EduardCNemocon (usuario en lichess), jugador de 2098 de elo, ambos teníamos el mismo elo, fue una partida compleja porque perdí calidad, sin embargo, pude recuperarme y lograr igualar la partida pero desafortunamente el apuro de tiempos me afectó y se me agotó el tiempo en el reloj y perdí -5 de elo y quedé con 2093


Para la siguiente ronda jugue con Shishirperu (usuario en lichess), un jugador con un elo muy alto 2204, esté jugador utilizo bersek (en los torneos arena los jugadores que lo usan se quitan la mitad del tiempo, es decir, como jugamos 3+0 queda 1min+30seg, si ganan la partida se ganan mas puntos en la tabla de posiciones), este factor me favoreció, porque el bersek es un arma de doble filo, el quedo en apuros de tiempo, cometio un par de errores y pude ganar +7 de elo y llegué a los 2100



Como les comenté hace un momento, en lichess los torneos arena nos da la oportunidad de jugar varias veces con un mismo usuario y aquí pude repetir con EduardCNemocon (usuario en lichess), aquí me fijé que él subió su elo, 2101, un punto más que yo, sentí que era la revancha pero no fue así, perdí la partida otra vez con éste usuario y perdí -5 de elo y quedé con 2095, confieso que me frustre aquí por bajar el elo


Volví a jugar con Shishirperu (usuario en lichess), está vez el tenía 3 puntos menos en su elo 2201, y volvió a aplicar bersek, pero está vez gané mi partida por ventaja material y tiempo, sume +7 y mi elo subio a 2102 y me ubiqué en el tercer lugar del torneo a tanto solo 4 minutos por culminar el torneo



Y como dicen por ahí la tercera es la vencida, nuevamente jugué con EduardCNemocon (usuario en lichess), y está vez pude ganar finalmente, y gané +6 de elo, subí mi elo 2108


Mi última partida fue con dieguito43 (usuario en lichess), fue una partida compleja, porque en esta ocasión esté usuario jugo con más precisión y fue difícil obtener la victoria, pero se logró el objetivo y logré la victoria y sube +3 y llegué a 2111, pero como el tiempo del torneo ya se había agotado el sistema no me sumó en la tabla de posiciones y quedé con 2108 y ocupe el tercer lugar en la posición general, y el segundo lugar en la posición general interna del equipo lobos de Venezuela


Al día de hoy logré la meta de subir mi elo en lichess, y tengo 2122 de elo, ahora el trabajo es mantener mi elo en los 2100 y, por supuesto, subir mi elo y llegar a los 2200.
