My Actifit Report Card: March 20 2024

Allo!!
The sun came out! Such a nice warm day, I had to go for a nice walk with my dog!

A few km walk around the neighborhood, Renji was super happy and came back with the dirty paws 😅( always nice when he gets the zoomies).

Took some time to play a new boardgame with my girlfriend, an hour of Baldur’s gate and to the gym I went.
Today was chest and shoulder day, felt pretty alright but super low in energy, kinda zoned out between sets and out of breath. Nonetheless couldn’t finish the day without a good score, so did 45 minutes biking session 👌

Renji is a Eurasier ( not sure it's the name in English tho). It's technically a breed on its own, but it is a mix of chow-chow, spitzlu and Akita I think 🤔 ( my GF definitely knows more 😅)
