My Actifit Report Card: May 17 2025

Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. Today was sunny and warm, we went on a picnic with my family. We all had a great time with the kids, I was a little tired but it was worth it, spending time with the kids is really great. I aimed to exceed 10K today but it didn't work out but I managed to exceed 9K if I could walk a little I would have reached my goal but it's not a big deal I hope I can make up for it tomorrow. Today was really great but I'm really tired so I'll go to bed early today but I'll get up early in the morning and go for a walk.

It's been 105 days since I quit smoking, I feel really great and healthier, even though I get tired, I don't get as out of breath as before. I see the benefits of quitting smoking a lot, I wish I had quit earlier. If you smoke, I strongly recommend you to quit and I can say that you won't regret it, life without smoking is really great, don't poison yourself and enjoy your life in a healthy way!
