Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. When I woke up in the morning, I felt very ill, so I didn't get out of bed. I took my medicine and went back to bed. My stomach hurts, my head is spinning, and my muscles ache. I haven't been tested yet, but I think I have coronavirus. I'm still feeling very unwell. If I don't get better tomorrow, I'll go to the hospital.

In the evening, I walked slowly on the treadmill and exceeded 5K, completing my daily walk. Take care of your health and enjoy your life in a healthy way.
