My Actifit Report Card: October 20 2025

Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. I woke up early in the morning but felt very tired and weak, so I couldn't get out of bed. I went to the family doctor and he said I had a cold. He gave me medicine and told me to rest. Frankly, I will not take the medication, I already have medications that I take daily.

I rested at home all day but did light exercises at home. I hope I get better soon. If I don't get better in two days, I'll go to the hospital. Take care of your health and enjoy your life in a healthy way.
