My Actifit Report Card: July 19 2023

I have a lot of work today so I didn't have a lot of chance to move around or bike. As such, today's score is just over 5k. But considering how busy I was today, being able to exercise at all was already good. At the very least, I'll be able to post something today. Although I'm a little unsatisfied with today's results, it's still better than nothing. Anyway, I'll end the report here. Till next time.
