Description from Strava: Was going to have an easy run today but decided not to be a wimp. Did 20 min warm up then 5mins @4:45 pace, 4mins @4:34, 3mins @4:24, 2mins @4:15, 1min @4:06 with 90s jog recovery in between. Each rep I increased the speed on the treadmill by 0.5 so I went from 12.6kph to 14.6kph. I finished off with 15 minutes cool down.
