Lunch Run: Long combined with tempo

Description from Strava: I didn't do my tempo run this week, so I thought I'd try mix it in with my long run, all depending on how my glute felt. I figured if I stuck near home if I hurt too much it wasn't too far to walk back. Did 2k warm up, then 4x 3k tempo, with 2k recovery. I was aiming for 5:20 pace on the tempo but managed 4:55, 4:54, 4:51 and 4:47! Stoked! Even better while I could feel my glute it didn't get tighter while I was running and I could maintain a full range of movement :)
