Description from Strava: @cycling
Well, it's day one of iron man training. We've been talking about this a lot, so it's great to get started with this. Myself and @run.kirsty.run have also scored another qualification spot at Townsville in August which means getting some longer rides in as early as possible, is going to help us a lot in August.
A beautiful day out today and a lot sunnier that what it has been. We just did our best to ride consistently over two hours as a base to start building in the coming months.

Maintaining a solid riding pace over 2+ hours is no easy feat, so well done on establishing that endurance foundation. As you increase the distances over the coming months, you'll be thankful for building that early aerobic base.
