Lunch Fartlek Run

Description from Strava: I never used to run fartlek runs but was recently converted after seeing some good results from a little effort. A lot of people struggle with the concept as it is really not a structured at all and that's probably why I never really looked to doing them.
Earlier this year I started doing some 5km runs and noticed I was getting smashed on any hill climbs. So started to do a 30 second exceleration when ever I got to a hill climb when I was out on a run like today's.
