run.vince.run just finished a 10.41km run, that lasted for 57 minutes.

Description from Strava: We missed our usual Friday Interval Run yesterday cause it was really rainy. We expect that for this time of year but it was actually a lot worse than what it normally has been.
We decided to head to the track to do yesterday's set which consisted of.

  • Warm up 1.2kms
  • Main set(repeat the following twice)
    1km steady, 200m recover
    500m steady, 500m fast, 200m recover
    500m fast, 500m steady, 200m recover
  • Cool down
    I really struggled with this run especially towards the end. It was a bit windy but my last 1km was a bit crap.
