Lunch Run At The Track

Description from Strava: We missed our usual Friday Interval Run yesterday cause it was really rainy. We expect that for this time of year but it was actually a lot worse than what it normally has been.
We decided to head to the track to do yesterday's set which consisted of.
- Warm up 1.2kms
- Main set(repeat the following twice)
1km steady, 200m recover
500m steady, 500m fast, 200m recover
500m fast, 500m steady, 200m recover - Cool down
I really struggled with this run especially towards the end. It was a bit windy but my last 1km was a bit crap.
