Morning Club Ride

run.vince.run just finished a 22.83km ride, that lasted for 72 minutes.
This ride helped run.vince.run burn 462.7 calories.


Description from Strava: A beautiful morning for it as it was the first of our tri club social rides. We did the ride as a bike/run brick as we are heading into the club duathlon in a few weeks time. It was a bit if a new course so I was a little hesitant on taking it too quickly but we had some local riders who were good guides.
The morning was cold but very still and nice to get out and meet some more members of the club and hopefully have a few more of these group rides over the winter.
