run.vince.run just finished a 10.49km run, that lasted for 56 minutes.
This run helped run.vince.run burn 917.2 calories.

Description from Strava: This is my second race in the past seven days and it was nice to take this race on. I don't usually do trail runs but it is pretty rare to have a local race for us, only about 5km from home.
I decided on the 10.5km race and held back at the start cause I didn't want to fall apart on the hill climbs. It was a good way to approach the race as I was held up a bit but was able to run through a lot of racers on the up hill sections.
At about the 7km mark I had to hold up a bit and let a few runners through as I was slipping everywhere in the mud underfoot. It did dry up a bit and was able to take a lot of places back in the later stages of the run.
The weather was a little crappy but I enjoyed the race with free hot chips at the finish line.

any injuries for anyone on this trail run? I can see those roots being a bit problematic! Nice pace dude!
