I know it's only been four days since my marathon but I need to get the legs moving a bit cause I need to be racing this Sunday.
Nothing too strenuous and I will keep it easy and light in the coming days before my race. The image attached is my heart rate variability which is looking not too bad considering the tough weekend race.
