People's Triathlon Race 3

run.vince.run just finished a 26.38km ride, that lasted for 69 minutes.
This ride helped run.vince.run burn 381.0 calories.


Description from Strava: I decided to put the whole race as a ride. Feels easier to just have it on the one type without having to stop and start it between swim/bike/runs.
It was really nice conditions and I think I got a little too excited at the start of the race and pushed a little too hard in the swim. I pulled over to the side and took a few minutes easier before getting back into the race. I then smashed the bike and caught up to a really good group, where me and another rider were able to push the pace back to transition. I then tried to get my legs back for the run leg. The photos looks lile I am going fast but, I am not sure how fast it actually was.
Really good fun out there today.
