Morning Run

Back to my run, I was trying something a little different instead of my usual Sunday long run. It's a fitness test that has you running 3km at race pace, followed by 3 minutes of easy running.
I started my run a little too quickly and as a result struggled later on and only did 4 repeats. It was a good test as part of my build up to my goal marathon and will try it again a couple more times before race day.
