The roof of our pool kinda collapsed in a little yesterday(no one was hurt) so we are back swimming in the outdoor pool. I think I made a bit of a breakthrough this morning as I was shivering after about 5 minutes of swimming but was able to push through for most of the squad session. I am not sure how much longer we are going to be in the outdoor pool so this is great.
The run home was also pretty good. The weather is still pretty mild and my longer training runs seem to be helping these shorter runs.
