Description from Strava: I'll take a win no matter what shape it comes in. The University of Auckland help a fundraiser indoor triathlon today and I decided to enter the shorter event as doing the full thing would be a little long on a work lunch break.
It was a good warm up for this weekend with an 850m on the row machine, 5km watt bike and 2km treadmill run it gave me a good chance to race all out.
I think it took me about 19 minutes for the full event and I think I was still a little low from my runs to and from work on Monday.
It was good fun and the Uni also has some in pretty good facilities to run something like this and hope they do it a bit more.

About the Athlete: I am an Aussie living in Auckland, New Zealand and I love swimming biking and running with my fiancé. I tell people "I wanna change the world, one run at a time".

Hey @giorgakis strava2hive is not going to be for everyone and probably won't be the same as Actifit but it should be syncing once an hour. Strava2hive will only sync down activity that has a description, so it needs to give people the time to do that. Maybe at a later stage we could set up just activities to Hive.

That is a great idea, I could even do one from home and swap out swim for the rowing machine in winter.
