Afternoon Run Home
run.vince.run just finished a 18.19km run, that lasted for 91 minutes.
This run helped run.vince.run burn 1511.1 calories.
Description from Strava: The X is where I usually stop running and walk up the hill. Only for a minute or so but this hill heading out of Auckland CBD kills me a little and I was glad I took it easier than normal but didn't stop running at all.
I had a nice head wind again all the way home but I actually haven't run since Friday so I was pretty well rested.
Another cold day but really nice to not be running in the rain for once as well

Conquering hills is very satisfying :)

what would you say is your daily caloric intake? or do you not track it?
I do track it occassionally, but not all the time. It will usually sit at about 2,500 and 3000 calories. If I have a big race or training session, I will push myself to eat a little more.
well you are burning a ton, someone with your activity levels probably doesn't have to worry about it as much as someone like me :)
