Description from Strava: The image is from Saturday mornings swim but things have not really changed that much. It's still pretty windy and wet in Auckland at the moment but still not too cold yet which is nice for this time of year.
This morning was just a solo ride as Kirsty had her long run for the week. It was almost like a recovery ride as tomorrot will be my big day for the week with a double long run.
Even though it's windy it is really not too bad. Very quiet out and didn't see any other riders while I was out.

5 years this has been happening to me, it started here, around people that are still here. Homeland security has done nothing at all, they are not here to protect us. Dont we pay them to stop shit like this? The NSA, CIA, FBI, Police and our Government has done nothing. Just like they did with the Havana Syndrome, nothing. Patriot Act my ass. The American government is completely incompetent. The NSA should be taken over by the military and contained Immediately for investigation. so it sounds like we are getting the same weather pattern, not the best but nothing a triathlete can not handle.
