Back Running
I just finished a 10.396km running that lasted about 1hh:4mm:9ss !
Image is from my race a couple of weeks ago.
We've been away for most of last week and although I've been training, posting to Hive/Exhaust has not been as consistent, so its good to get back to the track and back to posting again. I am treading Hive like my retirement fund.
Anyway, we usually run track Thursday nights but @run.kirsty.run wanted to do her track work tonight, and was happy to oblige. I usually run an easy 6km run followed by some 400m repeats, so running round the track is perfect for that. A good 7 x 400m repeats was enough for me. Kirsty did 12 x 400m repeats, with the local run club doing 20 x 400m, so I felt a little slack, but will make up for it later in the week, I am sure.
Stay Safe Everyone!

You have uploaded 307 running activities, and 43 of them have been of similar distances (within 10 percent)!
Here are your 5-fastest running activities of a similar distance:
Over these 43 similar activities, you have travelled approximately 453.44 kms at an average pace of roughly 5:03 min/km!
Your latest run was at a pace of approximately 6.17min/km!
Looks like you went a bit slower this time! Remember that it's important to take some rest days, and do some rehab / prehab / strength and conditioning training too! If you weren't intending to go slower, take a moment to listen to your body, and see if you need something. Check in with yourself!
Every day is a good day when you run.
