Running and Waiting for a New Training Plan

I just finished a 8.958km running that lasted about 0hh:48mm:28ss !

I've signed up for a new training plan over the next couple of months that is apparently part of a study WHOOP are doing.

I am not one of the participants using a WHOOP but I have been interested in the tech so hopefully may get a sample or discount at the end of it. I am also doing the advanced program as well, so will have to keep everyone posted with my progress. The training plan starts in a couple of days so am running to make sure I am still running.
