Morning Run

I just finished a 7.716km running that lasted about 0hh:39mm:41ss !

Been very rainy lately and the rain stopped just for long enough to allow me to run home after swim squad this morning. Back doing a bit more working from home which I will need to get used to again as I was needing to be in the office a lot more lately...it's all good.

Will still be getting my long runs into the office on Friday though.
